Michael K. Ohm brings nearly four decades of environmental legal expertise to ClearDBX. As a former managing partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP's Chicago office, he led complex environmental and energy-related legal matters, advising clients on brownfield redevelopment, regulatory compliance, and environmental litigation.

Michael began his career in public service, working with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as an Assistant Attorney General for Illinois, prosecuting environmental violations. In private practice, he transitioned to focus on transactional work, leading some of the nation's most significant brownfield redevelopment projects, including transforming a former U.S. Army ammunition plant into a major inland port and repurposing large-scale industrial sites for modern use.

His work has increasingly involved integrating sustainable energy solutions into redevelopment projects, emphasizing environmentally sensitive and resilient design. Michael's contributions have been recognized with multiple selections to the Super Lawyers list for Environmental Law.

He holds a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Illinois.

Adam M. Meek is a seasoned environmental attorney and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience guiding clients through complex environmental and real estate transactions. As a former partner in the Real Estate Group at DLA Piper, a global law firm, Adam specialized in managing risks associated with environmentally impacted properties, leading numerous multi-facility, high-value transactions across North America and Europe.

In 2009, Adam founded Brownfield Management Associates (BMA), focusing on unlocking value from non-performing real estate assets. He also established Cameron Law, LLC, providing comprehensive environmental legal services. His leadership roles extended to Drawbridge Solutions, where he integrated legal, real estate, and IT consulting to assist organizations in managing surplus properties.

Adam's expertise encompasses transactional guidance, sustainability, compliance counseling, site remediation management, and environmental litigation. He has been recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” by The Leading Lawyers Network annually since 2005 and is a frequent speaker on brownfield divestment and risk management.

His academic credentials include a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.

Since beginning his professional career in April 2018, Anthony has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex environmental issues, conduct thorough risk assessments, and provide strategic advisory services that drive informed decisions in property transactions.

His career at Drawbridge and Hanis Consulting involved leading comprehensive environmental assessments, developing innovative analytical solutions, and crafting strategic compliance strategies. Anthony's expertise in structured databases, coding, and constructing logic rules for AI/ML training significantly enhances ClearDBX's analytical framework, ensuring that the platform delivers sophisticated, reliable, and actionable insights tailored to the real estate industry's unique environmental risks and opportunities.

Anthony holds a B.S. in Geology with an emphasis in Hydrogeology from San Diego State University and an M.S. in Geology with an emphasis in Hydrogeology from San Jose State University.
